Orders & Returns

We process orders for shipment within 24 business hours of receiving the order, Monday through Friday.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 5-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. or 2-4 weeks if you are located in off-shore U.S. states. Once shipped, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a tracking number. 

We do not ship on Sundays or U.S. holidays.

Reusing and Disposing of your Shipping Materials

Your Pipoca bikini will arrive in a water soluble poly bag and a green recycled mailing envelope. Once you've tried your bikini on and decided you will keep it, we ask that you dispose of your packaging in an eco-friendly way:

  • Poly bag: Peel off the barcode sticker and place the plastic bag in boiling water. Watch it dissolve right before your eyes!
  • Recycled mailer: Either reuse your mailer in case of a return, or put it in a Recycle #4 bin, usually found at your local grocery store.

Pipoca Brazil’s Return Policy 

At Pipoca Brazil, our goal is to make sure our clients feel their strength and beauty in their bikini. We understand that being happy with the fit of the suit is important to achieve that confidence.  As an eco-conscious business, we recognize that buying more than needed or intended to keep is harmful to the environment. We ask that you help support our mission to provide fair prices and reduce waste by taking a few minutes to ensure you order the best bikini size and style for your body.

Refunds

Pipoca Brazil accepts unworn bikinis in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your item minus shipping costs. To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all garment tags MUST be attached to the items. For any items purchased at a Pipoca Brazil pop-up event, you will also need to send a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase.

For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.  We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, or missing garment tags. If we receive returned goods in any of the above-listed conditions, we will return them to the address associated with your account. 

Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be returned to your original form of payment. Please allow 15-30 days after our receipt of your item for your refund to appear.  

How To Start a Refund

  1. Email info@pipocabrazil.com with your Order Number and Reason for Return.
  2. Within 24 hours we will email you confirming your Return.
  3. Take your Pipoca swimwear with its original packaging to your preferred shipping carrier and select your own shipping method to the Return Address below. 
  4. Keep your tracking number so that you can track the timing of your package to Pipoca Brazil.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. This will allow Pipoca Brazil to continue to offer fair pricing on all swimwear and free shipping on orders $75 and over.

Exchanges

Please email us at info@pipocabrazil.com with your Order Number, and the new item you would like to receive in exchange. Even exchanges must be for the same category and price (Ex: Sporty Top can be exchanged for a Sexy Top, but not a Sporty Bottom).
